Exploring Common Roots

VIRGINIA

The Exploring Common Roots team will create a learning series to advance early childhood educators' understanding of slavery and how current legacies of slavery intersect with their personal origin stories. We will also create mini-modules that higher education colleagues might easily embed in their college courses to elevate support of the wellbeing and belonging specifically of their African American and other students of color and prepare all students to create more inclusive early education environments.
