The Creative Acts program works with young people who are incarcerated. Using the arts to help young people realize their power, understand real American history, and use the tools of voting and civic engagement to make change in their communities and themselves.

Participants use arts-based exercises and techniques to explore civic history and engagement. They engage with multiple texts and guided discussions, practice mindfulness and personal reflection.
