The Chavis Eye on Environmental Racism
NEW YORK
Our plan is to extend our noteworthy environmental studies and wellness curricula by developing units of study that examine the connections between race, class, health, and the environment -- namely that racist practices historically have marginalized communities of color. Overall, we will educate students on the existence and historical practices of environmental racism.
