Pulitzer Center grantee and The Grio journalist Natasha Alford joined CBS News to discuss racial identity for black Puerto Ricans. Alford has previously reported from Puerto Rico for her Pulitzer Center-supported project, "A Revolution for Puerto Rico's Afro-Latinos."
