Stephanie Klein-Davis

Stephanie Klein-Davis is an award-winning photojournalist and teacher. Her professional experience includes years of working for newspapers, magazines, books, and other national and international publications.
Twenty-three of her images from the series The Invisible Inner City are in the permanent collection of the Taubman Museum of Art in Roanoke, Virginia. Another permanent collection of work, The Diaspora, was commissioned and is housed in the permanent collection of the Harrison Museum, formerly the Harrison Museum of African American Culture, in Roanoke.
Klein-Davis attended Tulane University and received a bachelor's degree in communication. She also has a master's degree in journalism is from the University of South Carolina with a specialization in photojournalism.
Klein-Davis taught college photography adjunct at Hollins University and Virginia Western Community College. Currently she teaches full time in the Fine Arts Department at William Fleming High School in Roanoke.
