Juan Espinoza

Juan Espinoza is an organizational communicator and cultural manager. He develops communication strategies and leads cultural, artistic, and group coaching management processes. He works in the promotion and methodological guidance of artistic-cultural, intercultural, and interdisciplinary processes across Latin America. 

In 2017, he was responsible for the Communication Unit of the Social Research Center and the Bicentennial Library of Bolivia, under the Vice Presidency of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. 

From 2018 to 2019, he served as director-general of Communication Strategies at the Ministry of Communication of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. In 2021, he held the position of head of the Communication Unit at the Ministry of the Presidency of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. 

For five years, he coordinated the program Expression and Commitment: Art, Culture, and Independent Media of the Hivos Foundation for South America. He is part of the teams at TelArtes Bolivia and Cultura de Red Latinoamérica, and is also a member of the international team of Mídia NINJA Brasil / Floresta Ativista / Latin America.
