Nathalie Bertrams

Nathalie Bertrams is an investigative journalist, documentary photographer, and National Geographic Explorer. Her work explores environmental issues, wildlife trafficking, and natural resource conflicts.
Her stories and multimedia projects have been published by Süddeutsche Zeitung, The Guardian, El País, Al Jazeera, New Lines Magazine, and the Daily Maverick, among others.
Bertrams also directs documentaries for Arte/ZDF, and her photography is exhibited internationally. She is a member of the Red Line collective, an independent journalism outlet.
