Larry Miller

Larry Miller is a multiple Emmy- and Edward R. Murrow Award-winning news anchor and consumer investigative reporter for WUSA 9-TV in Washington, D.C.

His reporting has earned national recognition, including his investigation into home appraisal bias in majority-minority communities that led to federal policy changes and three new Maryland laws protecting homeowners.

Miller was selected as the National Association of Black Journalists' 2019 Ethel Payne Fellow, reporting from Johannesburg on South Africa's land reform debates. He has also reported from Berlin on post-reunification Germany.

Miller is an assistant professor at Prince George's Community College, teaching speech communications and news writing. He holds a bachelor's in sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's in journalism and mass communication from Point Park University.
