Nurudeen Akewushola

Nurudeen Akewushola is an investigative journalist with the International Centre for Investigative Reporting (ICIR), where he focuses on exposing corruption, human rights abuses, and systemic failures across Nigeria.
With a strong background in data-driven accountability reporting and fact-checking, he has produced several in-depth investigations highlighting issues affecting marginalized communities, corruption in public institutions, and security concerns in conflict-affected regions.
Akewushola has been nominated for multiple journalism awards and fellowships. He is a fellow of the Tiger Eye Foundation and a recipient of the PwC Media Excellence Award.
