Victor Raison

Victor Raison is a journalist and photographer whose work explores the intersections of conflict, environment, and social change. He began with darkroom photography while studying graphic design at the London College of Communication, later earning a master’s in Modern Literature Applied to Journalism at La Sorbonne.

His career has since taken him across Latin America, the Caribbean, and West Africa, producing both written and visual reporting for outlets including Le Monde, Mongabay, Mediapart, and AFP.

His work combines narrative writing and visual storytelling to document people and places on the margins of global headlines.
